Human Resources Generalist

ProSource Land Services is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Generalist to support our employees and managers across a broad range of HR responsibilities.

ProSource utilizes a managed payroll and benefits administrator, allowing this position to focus on employee support, HR administration, compliance and the day-to-day people needs of the organization. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, practical, detail/process oriented, and comfortable working independently.

• →Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding
• →Maintain employee records, HRIS information and personnel documentation
• →Serve as the internal liaison with our managed payroll and benefits administrator
• →Support employees and managers with day-to-day HR questions
• →Assist with employee relations, performance management and documentation
• →Coordinate leave, workers' compensation and unemployment matters
• →Maintain HR policies, handbook administration and compliance requirements
• →Coordinate employee communications, recognition and engagement activities
• →Support training and employee-development initiatives
• →Prepare routine HR reporting and workforce information

• 2–5 years of progressive human resources experience
• HR Generalist, HR Coordinator or similar experience
• Working knowledge of employment practices and HR compliance
• Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
• Sound judgment and discretion with confidential information
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
• Experience with UKG or a comparable HRIS platform preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or a related field preferred
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification is a plus
