Für unseren Standort Wuppertal suchen wir einen Industrial Controlling Specialist, der direkt an den Industrial Controlling Manager berichtet.

• Unterstützung des Wuppertaler Werksleiters in allen finanziellen und wirtschaftlichen Fragestellungen

• Mitarbeit bei der monatlichen Überprüfung und Analyse von Kostenabgrenzungen

• Erstellung und kontinuierliche Optimierung zentraler Effizienz-KPIs, insbesondere in den Bereichen Material, Effizienz und weitere variable Kosten

• Unterstützung bei Kostenprognosen und Budgetierungsprozessen zur Sicherstellung von Transparenz und Genauigkeit

• Leitung des quartalsweisen physischen Work-in-Progress (WIP)-Inventurprozesses

• Business Partner für zentrale operative Prozesse mit Fokus auf korrekte Bestandsführung und zeitgerechte Buchungen

• Gesamtverantwortung für den jährlichen Planungsprozess des Werks (ca. 300 Mio. € Umsatz)

• Durchführung von Produktkalkulationen sowie Vergleichsanalysen

• Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Finance/Controlling oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (z. B. kaufmännische Ausbildung mit Weiterbildung im Finanz- oder Controllingbereich)

• Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise im Controlling eines Industrieunternehmens

• Selbstständige, strukturierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise

• Technisches Verständnis durch enge Zusammenarbeit mit operativen Abteilungen

• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office sowie Erfahrung mit ERP-Systemen, insbesondere SAP FI/CO/BW

• Hohe Flexibilität, Belastbarkeit und ausgeprägtes Engagement

• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

• Ein dynamisches, internationales Arbeitsumfeld

We are looking for an Industrial Controlling Specialist to join our Office in Wuppertal. Reporting directly to the Industrial Controlling Manager.

• →

  Support the Wuppertal Plant Manager on all financial and economic matters

• →

  Participate in monthly reviews and analyses of cost accruals

• →

  Prepare and continuously optimize key efficiency KPIs, including material, efficiency, and other variable costs

• →

  Support cost forecasting and budgeting processes to ensure financial transparency and accuracy

• →

  Lead the quarterly physical Work-in-Progress (WIP) inventory process

• →

  Serve as a business partner for core operational processes, ensuring accurate stock management and timely transaction booking

• →

  Take full ownership of the annual planning process for the plant (ca. €300M in revenue)

• →

  Conduct product cost calculations and perform comparative analyses

• Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Finance/Controlling or a comparable qualification (e.g. commercial training & further training in finance or controlling)

• Several years of professional experience, ideally in controlling within an industrial environment

• Strong ability to work independently with a structured and goal-oriented mindset

• Solid technical understanding due to close collaboration with operational departments

• Confident handling of MS Office applications and ERP systems, particularly SAP FI/CO/BW

• High level of flexibility, resilience, and strong commitment

• Proven proficiency in English, both written and spoken
