We are seeking a dedicated and driven Customer Service Representative with strong organizational and detail-orientation skills who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment. The Customer Service Representative will facilitate Puffco's relationship with our customers by addressing queries and complaints across various communication channels. You will fit right in if you love connecting with customers, learning about our products, and providing best-in-class customer support.
This hands-on position would suit a self-motivated, results-oriented individual who is comfortable in a casual, but fast paced, environment. You are the first person that our customers contact when they have an issue. The speed, the technical accuracy and the respect you share with the community every day is at the core of whether a prospect chooses to be a Puffco advocate. This role is extremely critical for our success as Puffco is a deeply authentic brand that aims to differentiate by the providing high quality in each customer interaction.
This role requires in occasional in office work based out of our Downtown Los Angeles HQ.
- Responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Basic product troubleshooting.
- Processing warranty requests with customer follow up.
- Provide exceptional customer service, with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
Requirements
~1 min read- 2-3 years experience in customer service, customer support.
- Experience providing customer service via support ticketing platforms. Example; Zendesk, Shopify etc.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- The ability to work under pressure.
- Detail oriented.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and analytical skills.
- History of building and managing client relationships.
- Manages and self directs priorities with minimal oversight.
- Appreciation and enthusiasm for cannabis culture.
The compensation range for this role is $26.00 - $27.00/hr for candidates based in Los Angeles, CA. Individual compensation is determined based on experience and skillset.
