Band 5 Pharmacy Technician William Harvey Hospital ACT

• →Completing medicines reconciliations on hospital wards
• →Carrying out accuracy checking duties
• →Conducting CD audits in line with Trust policy
• →Delivering patient counselling and supporting safe discharge
• →Working collaboratively with multidisciplinary clinical teams
• →Providing cross?site cover as required (including QEQM)

• GPhC?registered Pharmacy Technician
• Previous hospital experience is essential, especially in medicines reconciliation
• ACPT qualification is desirable, but not essential
• Strong communication and clinical prioritisation skills
• Ability to work independently within a fast?paced environment
