We are seeking a skilled Band 6/7 Locum General Radiographer to join our team in Sheffield. This 3-month contract offers a pay rate of £26.00 per hour, with working hours from Monday to Friday. This position is ideal for an experienced radiographer looking to provide high-quality imaging services in a dynamic healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

As a Band 6/7 Locum General Radiographer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays and other general radiography exams. You will ensure the accurate positioning of patients, operate imaging equipment efficiently, and produce high-quality diagnostic images. Your role will involve maintaining patient safety and comfort, adhering to imaging protocols, and collaborating with the radiology team to deliver excellent patient care.

Requirements

Degree in Radiography or equivalent qualification.
Current registration with the HCPC.
Experience in general radiography, preferably at Band 6/7 level.
Proficiency in operating a range of radiographic equipment.
Strong understanding of radiation safety and imaging protocols.
