Responsibilities
~1 min readAs a Band 6/7 Locum Physiotherapist, you will manage a caseload focused on musculoskeletal conditions, providing expert assessment, diagnosis, and treatment. Your role will include delivering physiotherapy interventions tailored to individual patient needs, developing and implementing rehabilitation plans, and working towards improving patient outcomes. You will be expected to maintain accurate patient records and ensure effective communication with patients and other healthcare professionals. The position requires working near Luton Airport and Parkway Train Station, offering flexibility with the potential to increase hours based on performance. There is also an opportunity to consider a permanent role and eventual business ownership.
Requirements
~1 min read- HCPC registration as a Physiotherapist
- Right to work in the UK
- Relevant degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification
- 3-4 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy (UK or private practice experience)
- Strong clinical assessment and treatment skills in MSK physiotherapy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to start with part-time hours and potentially increase to full-time
- Availability to begin in 2 weeks or sooner
- Interest in potential permanent role and business leadership
