Responsibilities

→Provide strategic clinical and operational leadership to our dynamic therapy team.
→Work collaboratively with the Senior Leadership Team to deliver exceptional, cost-effective services.
→Be a key player in pupil referrals and therapy service optimization.
→Oversee the financial and resource management within the therapies department.
→Champion continuous professional development, ensuring a high standard of service delivery.

Requirements

Recognised Speech and Language Therapy qualification.
HCPC registration.
Experience working with children or adults with communication needs.
Knowledge of clinical governance principles and audit processes.
Valid driver's license.
