About the Role

Analyse financial data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Lead the preparation and analysis of group revenue to ensure accurate reporting and meaningful evaluation.
Assisting in budgeting, forecasting and financial planning process to support business objectives.
Reviewing the monthly financial reporting pack and provide commentary/insight on financial results to enable informed decision-making and operation alignment.
Manage and develop financial team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, CPA, CIA but not required
Min 8 years accounting experience and at least 3 years Managerial experience.
Good interpersonal skills and strong team player
Must be meticulous, organised and possesses a flair for numbers
Analytical mind and effective problem-solving skills
Experience in managing a team of financial analysts
Ability to multi task and work with tight deadlines
Must be open to work in a hybrid work setup or report to office based in Makati City.
