Final compensation is determined individually based on your experience, expertise, seniority, and overall profile. You will be part of a supportive team where learning, structured processes, and gradual responsibility growth are key. This role is ideal for graduates who want to build a solid accounting foundation and develop client communication skills.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations (AP, AR, GL, Procure-to-Pay)

→
Process and review accounting data such as invoices, payments, and open items

→
Assist with bank postings, payroll-related entries, and reconciliations

→
Support month-end closing activities under supervision

→
Communicate with internal stakeholders and clients (mainly in German) via email and calls

→
Follow up on open items and support issue resolution

→
Work with accounting systems and MS Excel

→
Learn accounting standards, internal processes, and client requirements

→
Participate in international projects and team knowledge sharing

Requirements

University degree in finance, accounting, economics, or similar

Good command of English

Basic understanding of accounting principles

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Ability to work with data accurately and meet deadlines

Positive attitude and interest in finance and client work

Experience with Excel and accounting systems is an advantage
