Reconcile Qatari Arabic laws with English contracts and agreements
Ensure that all concerned parties are aware of the legal implications of their actions
Provide advice concerning legal implications present in current and long-range mission plans and programs. Continually review and evaluate the total program for attainment of objectives
Advise on Laws, regulations and opinions of the courts and administrative agencies as well as Administrative Law, Contract, Environmental, Litigation, Fiscal, Civilian, Personnel, Standards of Conduct, Conflicts of Interest, and government ethics matters
Other reasonable tasks as assiqned by supervisor and OF leqal manaqement
Requirements

0-5 years of relevant full-time work experience as a commercial lawyer or a relevant field.
Commercial knowledge related to non-profit organizations, preferably gained through working with large public-sector organizations
Outstanding negotiation skills
Must maintain knowledge of current legal information in area of expertise as well as in the areas of special laws applicable to not-for-profit foundations and legal issues unique to QF's activities
Excellent oral communication skills and excellent writing skills, with the ability to draft/ edit a variety of written reports and communications and articulate ideas clearly and concisely in both Arabic and English
Proficiency in MS Office aoolications
