• →Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Operations, Asset Management, Project Management, or a related field.
• →12+ years of relevant experience in hospitality operations, hotel asset management, operational readiness, or capital project delivery.
• →Strong knowledge of hotel operations, SOPs, brand standards, guest experience, and quality assurance.
• →Experience with OS&E, FF&E, operational audits, and improvement plans.
• →Strong communication, stakeholder management, reporting, and problem-solving skills.
• →Experience in hotels, mixed-use developments, or large-scale destinations is preferred.
