Manager - Technology Procurement

Lead end-to-end technology procurement across assigned portfolios, covering sourcing strategy, tendering, negotiations, contract award, supplier management, governance, risk mitigation, and value optimization.

• →Lead RFI, RFQ, RFP, ITB and direct-award procurement processes.
• →Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business and category requirements.
• →Manage procurement from demand planning through contract award and supplier onboarding.
• →Lead technical/commercial evaluations, tender clarifications, BAFOs and negotiations.
• →Manage amendments, renewals, extensions, change requests and claims support.
• →Monitor procurement schedules and Tender Event Schedules.
• →Drive cost optimization and commercial value.
• →Manage supplier performance, disputes and operational escalations.
• →Review sourcing strategies, tender documentation, evaluations and governance submissions.

• 5+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, contracts, or supply chain management.
• Proven experience managing complex technology procurement and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading competitive tendering processes and contract negotiations.
• Experience managing suppliers, stakeholders, and cross-functional procurement initiatives.
• Experience within large-scale organizations, giga-projects, government entities, or highly regulated environments is preferred
