Java Telecom Lead -OpenCloud Rhino/JAIN SLEE platforms

• →Lead the architectural design and development of robust, scalable, and high-performance Java-based solutions for telecom charging and signaling systems.
• →Develop and maintain core components using Java and Spring Boot, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• →Implement and integrate solutions leveraging OpenCloud Rhino/JAIN SLEE platforms.
• →Configure and customize SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC) to meet specific business requirements.
• →Design and implement solutions that effectively utilize the Diameter protocol for communication between network elements.
• →Work with SS7/CAPv2/MAP signaling protocols to ensure seamless interoperability and functionality.
• →Drive the development and optimization of real-time telecom charging (OCS) solutions.
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, operations, and other engineering groups, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
• →Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
• →Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production and development environments.
• →Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends in telecommunications and software development.

• Minimum of 8 years of professional experience in Java development.
• Strong hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot framework.
• Proven experience with OpenCloud Rhino and/or JAIN SLEE.
• Extensive experience with SAP Convergent Charging (SAP CC).
• In-depth knowledge and practical application of the Diameter protocol.
• Solid experience with SS7, CAPv2, and MAP signaling protocols.
• Demonstrated hands-on experience in real-time telecom charging (OCS) environments.
• Good understanding of telecommunications networks, signaling flows, and charging architectures.
• Experience in leading technical projects and mentoring teams.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
