Product Stability Triage/Debug Engineer

## Company: Qualcomm China ## Job Area: Engineering Group, Engineering Group > Software Engineering General Summary: Job Overview Conduct system level stability issue triage/debug on Qualcomm mobile SoC with No-HLOS focus. Being a very key and first step to get stability issue resolved, the successful candidate shall analyze on crash dump reported from both internal test team & external customer to identify problematic area, further involve related development team worldwide for root-causing. In addition, the candidate shall act as stability issue owner to co-work with various peers including global tech team, test team, project team, customer supporting team, direct customer to drive stability issue closure to ensure product launch TTM with good stability. Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field. * 3+ years software development/debugging on embedded system or related work experience. * 3+ years experience with Programming Language such as C, C++, assembly language, etc. Preferred Qualifications * Knowledge on ARM SoC and familiar with debug method is highly preferred * Knowledge on basic concept of Operating system, like memory management, inter-process communication, protection of shared resources, etc is a plus. * Quick learner and good written and verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English are required Education Requirements * Required: Bachelor's and above. Master preferred. * Major in Communication/Computer Engineering/Computer Science/Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience is preferred.
