We are seeking a highly motivated Staff Financial Analyst to lead the pricing and financial management across the Defense/Product Sales portfolio. This role develops and maintains product pricing and cost, pricing strategy, governance, and supports/manages related NRE efforts, while building scalable reporting and partnering closely with Business Development, Product Management, Business and Sales Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering, Accounting, and FP&A. This is a high-visibility role that regularly provides insights and recommendations to senior leadership, enabling profitable growth while ensuring strong controls and compliance. A successful candidate will possess strong analytical and communications skills, be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and possess the flexibility to work on various projects and deliverables simultaneously. Additionally, they will have strong teamwork abilities and can identify, recommend, and implement process improvements to existing complex processes. Principal Duties & Responsibilities: · Develop and maintain pricing frameworks for QGOV Defense Sales products. · Own commercial product price list and SKU pricing updates/approvals. · Provide financial and business analyses for Finance Management, Product Management, Business Operations, and Business Development. · Maintain a product financial forecast and provide financial support to related NRE efforts. · Build strong partnerships with Business Development, Product Management, Business and Sales Operations, Accounting, FP&A, Legal, Contracts, and Program Management to drive aligned decisions. · Engage with manufacturing team to assure alignment with business needs and expectations. · Provide key oversight and engagement with project financial analysts on all Defense Sales projects. · There are opportunities for various assignments within QGOV Finance, covering the full business cycle—including pricing and proposals, managing departmental expenses, consolidating financial statements, accounting tasks, as well as developing and supporting financial systems and tools. This role requires full-time onsite work in San Diego, CA (5 days per week). Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree. • 4+ years of Finance, Accounting, or related work experience. *Completed advanced degrees in a relevant field may be substituted for up to two years (Master’s = one year, Doctorate = two years) of work experience. Preferred Qualifications: · Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required. · Familiar with government contracting processes a plus. · Understanding of the Technology Industry. · Skilled in financial systems and reporting tools such as Oracle, HFM, TM1, Costpoint, SharePoint, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. · Experience applying Artificial Intelligence to improve efficiency and enhance business processes and reporting. · Flexible and adaptable to evolving business environments; experienced in working within a global matrixed organization. · Exceptionally analytical, well-organized, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and tight deadlines. · Self-motivated team player who can manage several activities at once. · Strong analytical abilities and comfortable collaborating with different business and finance teams. Pay range and Other Compensation & Benefits: $106,400.00 - $159,600.00 The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, pay scale for this job code for the location for which it has been posted.
