Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Provide leadership and guidance to CNC operators as needed
- →Perform setups and changeovers
- →Troubleshoot machine issues
- →Perform scheduled maintenance plans for all machines
- →Keep work areas safe, productive, and clean
- →Assist in maintaining team efficiency
Requirements
~1 min read- 5+ years' experience of CNC machine set ups and/or programming required
- Ability to read, comprehend, and interpret mechanical blueprints
- Proficient in using digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other measurement tool.
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs. independently required
- Excellent problem-solving ability
- Dedicated work ethic with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
- Experience with FANUC controls is a plus
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming required
