Responsibilities

• Attend and represent QAD at job fairs — set up and run an engaging recruitment booth, interact with candidates, collect contact information, and identify strong fits for open positions.

• Conduct school and class visits at high schools, technical centers, and colleges to promote QAD career opportunities and share the company's mission and values with students.

• Lead portions of QAD facility tours for job candidates and visiting groups.

• Support the full recruitment lifecycle: source candidates, review applications, conduct phone screens, coordinate in-person interviews, and manage candidate communication.

• Assist with new hire onboarding — prepare welcome emails, set up employee profiles in time-keeping system, prepare onboarding documents, and guide new employees through their first day.

• Prepare and organize recruitment materials including employment cards, sign-up forms, giveaways, and presentation supplies for events.

• Coordinate logistics for recruitment events, including requesting company vehicles, reserving conference rooms, and communicating with managers and event contacts.

• Maintain accurate candidate records and hiring progress and provide regular updates to the Office Manager.

• Conduct reference checks for candidates advancing through the hiring process, following established QAD guidelines.

• Confirm offer letters have been received by candidates and support the transition into the onboarding process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent GED

• Valid Driver's License

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

• Experience with computers

• Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Basic mathematic skills

• Administrative experience preferred
