QUALITY CONSULTING GROUP, a leader in the pharmaceutical, biotech, medical devices, and manufacturing industry, is looking for a talented, highly motivated and enthusiastic to join our team. In this role, you’ll work with a highly enthusiastic team, contributing in a world-class manufacturing industry in Puerto Rico & USA.

• →Monitor and direct third-shift production activities.
• →Train and provide guidance to new hires.
• →Evaluate employee performance on a timely basis.
• →Maintain plant safety, security, and compliance throughout the shift.
• →Ensure the quality and quantity of products manufactured during the shift.
• →Enforce company policies, procedures, and programs.
• →Maintain proper organization, housekeeping, and cleanliness of the work area.
• →Perform basic troubleshooting of processes and equipment.
• →Complete and maintain required production and process documentation.
• →Perform plant closing procedures at the end of the week.
• →Ensure all responsibilities of supervised personnel are properly completed.
• →Perform other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

• High school diploma.
• Exposure to Injection Molding processes.
• Knowledge or training in GMP and SPC.
• Good machine setup skills.
• Working knowledge of Injection Molding machines.
• Ability to effectively communicate and work with people.
• Leadership and team supervision skills.
• Ability to perform basic process and equipment troubleshooting.
• Ability to work the 3rd shift, 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM.
