Implement and optimize HR systems and tools that support scalable HR operations.
Develop HR policies and procedures aligned with global compliance requirements.
Improve the employee lifecycle experience from onboarding through career development.
Use HR analytics and data to inform workforce planning and organizational decisions.

Ensure compliance with employment regulations across all jurisdictions where Quantifi operates.
Provide guidance on employee relations matters, workplace policies, and performance management.
Partner with Finance and Operations to maintain appropriate governance and risk management practices.
