Traveling Plumbing Superintendent

This is a field leadership position responsible for executing plumbing scopes on large-scale projects across multiple states. You’ll lead day-to-day site operations, coordinate manpower and materials, and drive productivity while maintaining safety, quality, and schedule.

• →Lead daily plumbing field operations and installation activities
• →Coordinate manpower, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
• →Plan work to meet project schedules and milestones
• →Ensure plumbing installations meet drawings, specifications, codes, and quality standards
• →Maintain a strong focus on safety, productivity, and workmanship
• →Partner with Project Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, and other trades
• →Identify and resolve field issues quickly
• →Conduct jobsite meetings and communicate daily progress
• →Support inspections, turnover, and project closeout

• 5+ years of plumbing field leadership experience preferred
• Experience leading large-scale commercial, industrial, or mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of plumbing installation, codes, drawings, and specifications
• Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple work activities
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to safety, quality, and schedule
• Ability and willingness to travel extensively
