Join our HR team in London as an HR Operations Specialist. In this role, you will support employee lifecycle activities while delivering a high-quality employee experience. Working closely with colleagues across HR, you will help ensure that processes are efficient, scalable, and aligned with the needs of the business.
- Facilitate operational processes across the employee lifecycle, including background screening, immigration support, onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and HRIS updates
- Deliver high-quality support to employees and HR Business Partners across a broad range of HR and employee experience matters
- Partner with Compensation, Payroll, Global Mobility, and Talent Development teams on cross-functional initiatives and process improvements
- Maintain accurate employee data and help ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems and processes
- Drive process enhancements and automation initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability, and the employee experience
- Degree-level qualification, ideally in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in HR Operations or a similar employee-facing HR function
- Awareness of multi-jurisdictional employment law, specifically within the EMEA region
- Experience working with HR systems, ticket management platforms, and workflow automation tools
- Experience with Workday is highly desirable
- Demonstrated problem solving and project management skills
- High attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and precision
- Collaborative team mindset, with a focus on supporting colleagues across HR and the wider business
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
