Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a compassionate, collaborative, and solutions-oriented Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. In this role, you will design and oversee individualized treatment programs, mentor behavior technicians, collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams, and drive positive outcomes for children receiving ABA services.   Responsibilities/You Will: Conduct behavioral assessments, including VB-MAPP, ABLLS, EFL, and other clinically appropriate evaluations. Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs. Analyze client progress through data collection, graphing, and ongoing program modifications. Write treatment plans, progress reports, and semiannual updates. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, therapists, and clinical team members to ensure quality care and consistency across environments. Provide clinical supervision and guidance related to treatment implementation and behavior management strategies. Design data collection systems, graphs, and training materials to support effective service delivery. Participate actively in weekly clinical meetings and case reviews. Maintain compliance with BACB standards, payer requirements, and company policies and procedures. Support children in developing communication, adaptive living, social, and functional skills. Basic Qualifications/You Have: Master's degree (M.A. or M.S.) in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, or a related field. Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification. Experience developing and implementing behavioral programs for individuals with developmental disabilities. Strong clinical decision-making, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary team.   Preferred Qualifications: Experience conducting functional assessments and developing behavior reduction plans. Strong data analysis and graphing skills. Experience training and coaching behavior technicians and caregivers. Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities in a fast-paced environment.   Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds, with or without accommodation. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and sit for extended periods as needed. Sufficient vision and hearing to observe client behavior and communicate effectively. Ability to work in a variety of clinical, educational, community, and outdoor environments.
