Support the team in applying Agile principles, practices, and delivery standards throughout the software development lifecycle.

5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery, Scrum Master, Project Management, or software development environments.
Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile/Scrum principles, ceremonies, backlog management, sprint planning, and delivery practices.
Experience facilitating cross-functional teams and coordinating with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, QA, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Ability to identify and manage project risks, dependencies, impediments, scope changes, and delivery issues.
Strong communication, facilitation, conflict-resolution, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
Scrum Master, Agile, or related certification is an advantage.
