QuickStart is looking for a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to join our team in Austin. This full-time, remote position is an excellent opportunity for those starting their careers in the Information Technology industry. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining data accuracy and supporting our operational processes.
In this role, you will be responsible for entering and managing large volumes of data, ensuring information is up-to-date and error-free. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services to our clients and improve our internal efficiencies. We offer a competitive salary range of $76,000 - $84,000 annually, along with a supportive work environment that fosters professional growth.
Responsibilities

- →Verify data for accuracy and completeness
- →Maintain organized records of all data entries
- →Assist in data cleaning and quality assurance processes
- →Support team members with data-related tasks as needed
- →Generate reports and summaries from data sets
- →Identify and resolve discrepancies in data
- →Adhere to company policies regarding data privacy and confidentiality
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel)
- Basic understanding of database management
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Familiarity with data entry software is a plus
