Our innovative solutions harness the power of machine learning, generative AI, and behavioral science to deliver exceptional outcomes and empower care teams to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise.

Our success in rapid scale across the globe is backed by some of the world's leading investors. At Qventus, you will have the opportunity to work with an exceptional, mission-driven team across the globe, and the ability to directly impact the lives of patients. We’re inspired to work with healthcare leaders on our founding vision and unlock world-class medicine through world-class operations. #LI-JB1

As a Senior Surgical Growth Implementation Success Partner, you will lead the most complex perioperative deployments in our portfolio, multi-service-line, multi-site, and executive-facing engagements where the bar for delivery, influence, and autonomy is highest. You will own the full implementation lifecycle from pre-sale collaboration through hypercare, partnering with Sales early to shape scope and set delivery expectations, and serving as the strategic advisor to perioperative executives, surgeons, schedulers, and IT teams once delivery is underway.

This role blends engagement leadership, executive stakeholder management, technical fluency, and analytics. You will operate with broad autonomy, escalating only the highest-risk or strategic matters, and you will be expected to anticipate risks before they materialize, design mitigation strategies proactively, and guide client decision-making at the executive level. Your fluency with Qventus dashboards and reporting will allow you to identify gaps, surface opportunities, and build reinforcement strategies that drive sustained adoption and ROI.

Your deep understanding of the product, perioperative operations, and EHR architecture will allow you to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, maximizing value for clients and positively impacting healthcare operations. Join us and help revolutionize the healthcare landscape with cutting-edge technology and strategic implementation.
