We are proud to offer a schedule that supports life outside of work:

• Monday–Friday, 8 a.m. – 6 p.m.
• Closed weekends and holidays
• 3- or 4-day work week for surgeons
• This structure allows our surgeons to maintain a fulfilling career without burnout.

Our ideal candidate is board-certified or residency-trained in surgery, with excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest level of patient care. We are looking for a team-oriented surgeon who values collaboration, wants to build strong relationships, and takes pride in being part of a respected referral hospital.
