We’re looking for licensed Service Plumbers who take pride in their craft and know that great service starts with earning a customer’s trust. • →Diagnose residential plumbing problems and recommend solutions that fit the customer’s needs.
• →Clearly explain repair options, answer questions, and earn the customer’s confidence.
• →Service and repair plumbing systems, including leak location, tankless and tank-type water heaters, water filtration, fixtures, drain cleaning, and drain line replacement.
• →Guide and train an apprentice through hands-on experience.
• →Keep accurate service records using your company-provided iPad and ServiceTitan.

• An active Tradesman, Journeyman, or Master Plumbing License
• Residential plumbing service and repair experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills, including the ability to present and sell recommended repairs
• The ability to guide and train an apprentice
• Comfort using an iPad and ServiceTitan
• A valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last three years
