Room Inspector (Part-Time - Fri/Sat/Sun)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, quality-focused Housekeeping Inspector to join our team and help ensure every guest room and public area meets the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hospitality.

As a Housekeeping Inspector, you will play a vital role in ensuring guestrooms and public areas consistently exceed guest expectations while supporting the housekeeping team in delivering outstanding results.

• Inspect guest rooms, including departures, stayovers, and VIP accommodations, to ensure compliance with hotel cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Verify that all guest rooms are fully prepared and ready for arrival.
• Conduct detailed room audits and inspections to ensure consistency across the property.
• Follow up on deficiencies and work with team members to ensure corrective actions are completed.

• Inspect VIP rooms daily to ensure all special amenities, requests, and presentation standards have been met.
• Help create exceptional first impressions for our most valued guests.
• Prioritize room readiness to support hotel occupancy and guest satisfaction goals.

• Regularly inspect lobbies, hallways, public restrooms, meeting spaces, offices, and guest-facing areas.
• Ensure all public spaces remain clean, organized, safe, and welcoming throughout the day.
• Utilize inspection checklists and quality standards to maintain consistency.

• Partner closely with Room Attendants, House Persons, Front Desk, Maintenance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Assist housekeeping team members with room cleaning and operational tasks when needed.
• Support training initiatives by helping educate team members on cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.
• Communicate room status updates and discrepancies accurately and promptly.

• Assist with weekly and monthly inventories of linens, cleaning products, and housekeeping supplies.
• Complete required reports, inspection documentation, and end-of-shift responsibilities accurately.
• Monitor housekeeping supplies and help maintain efficient department operations.

• Previous hotel housekeeping, inspection, or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong eye for detail and commitment to cleanliness standards.
• Ability to identify issues and follow through on corrective actions.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Ability to lead by example and positively support team performance.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and move throughout an active workday.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as business demands require.
