We are looking for an experienced Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f/d) to join the kitchen team of our client, a 4-star hotel, for the upcoming winter season in Kühtai, Tyrol.

• →Preparing and plating dishes at the assigned station
• →Organizing and preparing the mise en place
• →Working independently at the assigned station
• →Supporting the kitchen team
• →Collaborating with colleagues
• →Applying your existing experience in traditional/classical cuisine

• Professional experience as a Chef de Partie, Demi Chef de Partie, or independently working Chef
• Experience in traditional/classical cuisine
• Honesty, loyalty, punctuality, and reliability
• Careful and precise working style, with the ability to work under pressure
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Creativity and ability to improvise
• Well-groomed appearance, with a structured and professional approach to work
• Good knowledge of hygiene regulations and food safety standards (HACCP)
• Speaks fluent German and/or English

• Net salary: €2,400 to €2,600
