Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Train and mentor team members to enhance their skill sets and improve performance.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates and addressing concerns.
Manage inventory and equipment to ensure readiness for all projects.
Assist in estimating project costs and preparing reports for management.

Requirements:

Previous experience in restoration or construction management, preferably 3+ years. (Not Mandatory)
Strong knowledge of restoration techniques and safety protocols.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Clean Criminal Background as you will be working in customer homes.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
