Surgical Technologist

We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to join our high-performing surgical team in an ambulatory surgery center. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring operating rooms are prepped, sterile, and equipped for surgical procedures.

• →Prepare and set up sterile surgical instruments, supplies, and equipment for procedures
• →Assist surgeons and operating room staff during surgeries, ensuring aseptic technique is maintained
• →Anticipate the needs of the surgical team and pass instruments efficiently
• →Count sponges, needles, and instruments before and after procedures
• →Handle specimens appropriately and ensure accurate labeling
• →Clean, disinfect, and restock ORs between procedures
• →Collaborate closely with nurses, anesthesia, and sterile processing teams
• →Uphold infection control standards and ensure regulatory compliance

• Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
• Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) preferred
• Current BLS certification
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a surgical setting preferred
• Strong knowledge of surgical instrumentation and sterile techniques
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and teamwork skills
