Production Engineering Co-Op (Capital Projects)

Join our Team as a Production Engineering Co-Op!

We’re seeking a motivated Production Engineering Co-op to join our team May - December 2027! This co-op offers hands-on experience in Production Engineering, where you’ll work on meaningful projects and gain insight into manufacturing and project management. You’ll collaborate with the Production Engineering team, as well as mentors and leadership, building skills that will help launch your career!

• →Manage small capital projects for equipment purchases.
• →Participate on New Product Introduction teams, including writing standard work, participating in trial builds, and preparing for product launches.
• →Collaborate with production engineers, project teams, and suppliers.

• Cumulative GPA of at least 3.0
• Currently enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Availability to be onsite full-time at our Muscatine, IA office from May - December of 2027. 

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges
