Junior Service Writer

Primary duties and responsibilities will vary with the specific position. Typical responsibilities are listed below. This list is not inclusive.   

• →Create quotes for repairs needed.
• →Provide alternative quotes when multiple repair options are available.
• →Present quotes to customers directly or to appropriate sales or service representatives as needs dictate.
• →Follow up with customers on needed repairs, track quotes submitted and approved.
• →Assist other departments in generating quoted jobs for the service department.
• →Ordered parts that may be needed for repairs and coordinated with team leader on logistics.
