Remote Sales Strategist

This role is ideal for someone who thrives on closing deals, managing leads like a machine, and owning every step of the pipeline—from the first DM to post-onboarding expansion.
We’re looking for a sales-minded operator who balances tactical closing with high-level strategy. This isn’t a plug-and-play SDR job. It’s a high-trust, high-autonomy role built for someone who wants to own the entire sales ecosystem and grow with a fast-paced, founder-led company.

Own and operationalize the full lifecycle of leads:

Enforce 8-minute claim window for U.S. reps

Trigger Free Game logic after claim window expires

Run 3–2–1 pre-quote follow-up system (Day 1: 3 touches, Day 2: 2 touches, Day 3: 1 touch)

Run 5x quote follow-up system (3 calls, 2 texts/emails)

Transition unresponsive leads to AM Inside Sales Rep

Train team and audit CRM execution weekly
-
Maintain CRM tagging standards, stage transitions, and accurate lead source codes
-
Design CoPilot automations to trigger consult setups, job routing, and quote follow-ups
-
Train and monitor AI Sales Agent behavior: lead escalation, consult triggers, and rep support
-
Track weekly funnel health: dropped leads, ghosted estimates, and no-contact cases
-
Pull reactivation lead lists from SmartMoving (60-day lost estimates, 10/16/22-month renters)

Write call/text/email scripts to revive cold leads and convert to booked estimates

Assign leads to AM Sales Rep for cold outreach

Track campaign performance and refresh monthly

Monitor inbound lead flow for VA consults (EAs, DAs, Bookkeepers, etc.)

Qualify warm leads from realtors, business owners, and partner referrals

Ensure handoff of booked consults to EA to President

Track consult attribution and conversion performance

Manage and coach two Inside Sales Reps:
Requirements

Requirements

3+ years in inside sales, campaign strategy, or CRM management

Strong command of SmartMoving or similar CRM systems

Skilled in scripting, automation, and sales systems

Proven ability to manage reps and improve KPIs

Exceptional written/verbal communication and team leadership

You prefer only taking calls, not managing the system behind the calls
