Assistant Resident Manager Team

We are currently seeking an Assistant Resident Manager 2-person team to live and work at one of our properties in Cornwall, ON. This position would require you to live on-site, share an apartment and work four weekdays each week, every second weekend and on-call some evenings.   What we offer to employees • Base Compensation is $33,000 per person per year + a signing bonus. Our properties are clean, quiet and attract quality residents who will attest to our unique standards of service.   Key Responsibilities • Ensuring rents are collected on a timely basis • Show and sell suites to prospective tenants • Cleaning common areas of property (hallways, stairs, elevators) • Minor maintenance repairs• Preparing apartments for new residents• Providing exceptional customer service to residents and potential residents• Assisting with leasing suites• Responding to on-call requestsRequirements of Assistant Resident Managers • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role • Cleaning experience• Minor maintenance skills• Customer service skills• Ability to perform in a team environment• Ability to work some evening and weekends   #RS
