Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage the end-to-end customer order process, from order receipt through delivery, invoicing, and customer communication.
- →Support OE, Aftermarket, and Intercompany customers across multiple markets and business units.
- →Maintain customer forecasts and coordinate demand updates with Planning and Production teams.
- →Build strong customer relationships through proactive communication and responsive support.
- →Coordinate deliveries, shipment schedules, and logistics activities to ensure on-time performance.
- →Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, shortages, and delivery issues while driving timely corrective actions.
- →Monitor inventory availability, customer requirements, and credit-related risks.
- →Track customer service KPIs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain.

- An experienced customer service or supply chain professional who enjoys working with customers and solving operational challenges.
- Someone who can confidently coordinate with multiple stakeholders and keep things moving.
- A relationship builder who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities at once.
- Looking for a role that combines customer interaction, order management, logistics, and supply chain exposure.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or ERP/MRP operations within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience supporting automotive OE or aftermarket customers will be highly regarded.
- Strong knowledge of customer order management, forecasting, inventory planning, and logistics coordination.
- Experience using ERP/MRP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good command of both Thai and English.
