- Women’s and Children’s Health Network, Finance and Business Services - Administrative Services Unit, North Adelaide (5006)
- Salary – Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $37.51 to $40.35 per hour
- Multiple Casual positions available, Contracts up to 12 months

About the Role
~1 min readThe Administrative Officer is responsible for the provision of a confidential secretarial, reception and administrative services to the Women’s and Children’s Health Network. Administrative Officer positions work on a weekly rotation roster, across various shift times within the clinical areas and Administrative Services Unit across the Health Network.

Responsibilities

- →Provide an efficient, fair and equitable patient focused booking service
- →Assist with the provision of an efficient and effective record management service
- →Support and actively participate in a positive culture and safe work environment within the department.
Requirements
~1 min read- Experience in providing a confidential reception, secretarial and administrative support service.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work with empathy with a diverse range of people, while demonstrating in a courteous and polite manner.
- Working knowledge of office and administrative procedures and systems, including, competent keyboard and data entry skills.
- Demonstrated initiative, good organisational skills and attention to detail.
