Administrative Officer Reliever - Acute and Urgent Care (CALHN)

• Salary  ASO-2  $64,195 - $67,154 p.a. + super + salary packaging
• Multiple positions available with full-time and part-time contracts until  2/7/27

Step into a varied admin role supporting emergency, inpatient and ward teams. You’ll keep services running smoothly, balance workloads, and work closely with clinical teams to support safe, timely patient care.

• Cover admin roles across ED, wards and business support
• Coordinate daily admin workloads and priorities
• Manage patient records, data and enquiries
• Liaise with nursing, clinical teams and patients
• Ensure accurate, timely admin support
