About the Role
~1 min readJoin our team as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager and help lead safe, consistent care while supporting your team to thrive.
- Lead continuity and consistency of care
- Support practice change and service improvement
- Assist with staffing, rostering and performance
- Guide less experienced nurses and foster teamwork
You’ll bring sound clinical practice, leadership skills and a collaborative approach, along with:
- Registered Nurse with current or eligible registration
- Clinical nursing experience and demonstrated competence
- Experience supervising students and less experienced nurses
- Strong communication, problem solving and conflict skills
- Ability to prioritise, meet timelines and work independently
