About the Role
~1 min readLead South 2, a 36-bed acute surgical ward, and help create a positive culture where teams thrive and patients receive high-quality care. You’ll lead people, coordinate patient flow and manage resources while shaping safe, evidence-based practice.
- Lead nursing and multidisciplinary team activities
- Coordinate patient care, outcomes and efficient flow
- Build a positive, collaborative and accountable culture
- Manage staffing, rosters, leave and work allocation
- Monitor budgets, resources and supplies with due diligence
- Drive quality, safety and risk management processes
- Develop staff through coaching, learning and feedback
- Resolve team issues and support productive relationships
- Shape care models and adapt practice to service needs
