About the Role

~2 min read

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced, rewarding environment? As a Customer Service Officer at the Royal Adelaide Hospital or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, you’ll be the friendly face and voice of our facility, ensuring every client, staff member, and visitor receives a warm welcome and prompt assistance. Reporting to the Administration Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in the smooth operation of our front-line services, including handling enquiries at the Switchboard and Enquiries Desk, responding to emergency calls, and coordinating messages and paging with care and precision.

This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that makes a real difference in people’s lives every day. You'll thrive in a dynamic hospital setting where your ability to communicate clearly, act calmly under pressure, and follow established procedures will be highly valued. If you’re someone who takes pride in providing a confidential and customer-focused service, and you're ready to contribute to a high-performing and supportive team, we’d love to hear from you.
