The appointee will play a key role in managing and supporting undergraduate programme administration, including but not limited to:
- Programme and curriculum planning, administration and revision;
- Academic reviews, accreditation exercises and quality assurance processes;
- Development, planning and coordination of new undergraduate programmes and articulation programmes;
- Planning and support of student enrichment and wellness activities;
- Assessment-related and student-related matters;
- Student admissions and registration;
- Secretarial support to committees and working groups; and
- Dental Internship Programme.
Requirements
~1 min read- A Bachelor’s degree with at least 3 years’ administrative experience, preferably in tertiary education institutions;
- Strong organisational, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Mature with strong sense of responsibility;
- Meticulous attention to details, strong self-motivation and ability to work both independently and collaboratively;
- An excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua);
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and other relevant computer softwares; and
- Experiences in undergraduate programme administration and academic reviews are preferred.

What We Offer
~1 min readThe appointment will be made on a fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years and commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 10% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits.
