About the Role
~1 min readThe Operations Project Director will advise, coordinate, and deliver key strategies for the operational business of the WCHN, as well as support the required clinical service planning of services across WCHN under the direct supervision and support of the Chief Operating Officer.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Contribute to service planning, coordination, development, and delivery to fulfil the requirements of the Service Agreement and state-wide policy and plans.
- →Identify and recommend and support the implementation of current and alternative models of care.
- →Manage and support the implementation of detailed project plans, schedules, and resource requirements, workforce plans, change management, business plans, and activities.
- →Support the Chief Operating Officer in the development of strategies to identify population health needs, service delivery alignment, and the resourcing of clinical services.
- →Contribute to the development of state-wide health strategy and policy for babies, children, and women.
Requirements
~1 min read- Registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse/Midwife with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia and who holds, or who is eligible to hold, a current practicing certificate.
- Registered Nurse/Midwife with at least 5 years post-registration experience.
- Demonstrated experience as a senior leader or manager in the health care industry.
- Demonstrated experience in leading services or organisations through times of extensive change.
- Strong analytical, organisational and problem-solving abilities.
