About the Role
~1 min readJoin our Pharmacy team in Mount Gambier and play a vital role in delivering safe, high quality medication management across inpatient and outpatient services. You’ll provide comprehensive dispensing, clinical, production and counselling services, optimise medication therapy and provide trusted advice to patients and the multidisciplinary team.
Enjoy the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in Mount Gambier and the Limestone Coast, working alongside Pharmacists, medical, nursing and other health professionals. You’ll also support pharmacy interns and students while contributing your expertise to a collaborative team committed to safe, effective and patient centred care.
You are a motivated pharmacist who is passionate about delivering safe, high-quality patient care and enjoys working as part of a collaborative healthcare team.
- Qualified Pharmacist – Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent) with registration, or eligibility for registration, with the Pharmacy Board of Australia.
- Patient-Focused – Knowledge of clinical pharmacy practice, medication dispensing, medicines information and patient counselling.
- Strong Communicator and Team Player – Builds positive relationships with patients, colleagues and multidisciplinary teams.
- Organised and Adaptable – Demonstrates attention to detail, initiative, resilience and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
