As a Senior Social Worker, you’ll provide specialist care within the Refugee Health Service, supporting safe, coordinated outcomes for vulnerable people.

• Deliver advanced clinical social work care
• Advise teams and build clinical capability
• Supervise staff and students across sites
• Lead quality improvement, research and education
• Promote hospital avoidance and timely care transitions

• Social Work degree eligible for AASW full membership
• Advanced clinical skills in a social work specialty
• Experience managing complex clinical situations independently
• Experience providing clinical supervision to staff or students
• Experience in service improvement, research and professional development
