We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR Recruiter to support our internal hiring and people initiatives. This role will be responsible for managing recruitment activities, supporting onboarding, building strong employee relationships, and contributing to a positive workplace culture. You will also actively use Recooty’s own platform for internal hiring and candidate management.
Responsibilities

- →Use Recooty for job posting, applicant tracking, and candidate management.
- →Screen resumes, shortlist candidates, and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- →Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- →Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure timely follow-ups.
- →Support offer rollout, onboarding coordination, and joining formalities.
- →Build strong relationships with existing employees across teams.
- →Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- →Help create a smooth and positive candidate and employee experience.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.
- Good understanding of modern ATS or HR tech platfoms.
- Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn sourcing, and recruitment tools.
- Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Indore, Madhya Pradesh, known as the cleanest city in India.
Compensation: Up to ₹3 LPA.
