An established financial services practice is seeking a detail-driven Advisory Assistant to deliver complete operational support across client onboarding, instructions, and record compliance. In this role you will be responsible for delivering administrative and operational excellence. The role is integral to maintaining high-level client relationship standards, overseeing client instructions, managing documentation, and driving servicing activities with precision. Working in a structured and compliance-focused setting, the position ensures accurate, efficient, and audit-ready client records while contributing to a seamless client experience. The successful candidate will act as a primary operational link between clients, financial advisors, and product providers. Key Responsibilities · Serve as the main coordination point between clients, financial advisors, and service providers to support clear communication and professional service delivery. · Support client onboarding, new business processing, and ongoing client servicing by processing instructions and documentation from start to finish. · Maintain accurate, compliant, and audit-ready client records while strictly protecting confidentiality and adhering to internal standards. · Manage daily administrative workflows efficiently through active system usage and collaborative teamwork. · Contribute to broader business goals by demonstrating company values, maintaining professionalism, and supporting team members to strengthen client service. Requirements Strong computer literacy. High level of accuracy, diligence, and organizational ability. Professional communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and operate under pressure to meet tight deadlines. High level of honesty and integrity. Previous experience in financial planning, investments, insurance, or a related financial services environment. Previous experience supporting financial advisors and managing client instructions. A relevant administrative, financial services, or business qualification is preferred Working knowledge in the following software systems would be advantageous: Microsoft office, electronic signature platforms, CMR, Astute, nCino, or similar Benefits Medical aid, gap cover, provident fund
