Redwood Strategy Group (RSG) is seeking motivated and adaptable professionals to join our ERP Help Desk support team across multiple experience levels, including Associate, Mid-Level, and Senior Analysts.

These roles provide functional and technical support to enterprise resource planning (ERP) system users within a fast-paced operational and Department of Defense (DoD) financial management environment. Candidates should possess strong analytical skills, effective communication abilities, and the ability to support a broad range of financial and system-related processes.

Ideal candidates will have experience supporting DoD financial management operations, ERP systems, accounting functions, or help desk environments and be comfortable working in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Tier I–III support for ERP Help Desk tickets related to financial and technical system issues
  • Research, analyze, and resolve issues involving contracts, invoices, obligations, payments, and accounting transactions
  • Support reconciliation activities and assist in resolving financial discrepancies and unmatched transactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve system and financial issues
  • Assist with posting obligations, correcting accounting transactions, and supporting audit readiness initiatives
  • Develop, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and process documentation
  • Support and deliver user training for internal personnel and supported organizations
  • Escalate complex issues appropriately and track resolution through completion
  • Maintain excellent customer service while supporting a high-volume help desk environment
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and contribute to operational efficiencies
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 2 years of DoD Financial Management experience required
  • Experience supporting ERP systems, accounting processes, financial operations, or customer support environments preferred
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within an ERP support environment
  • 5–9 years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3–5 years of DoD Financial Management experience required
  • Experience resolving financial transaction issues and supporting users in enterprise systems
  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and business process workflows preferred
    • 10+ years of relevant experience
    • Minimum 5 years of DoD Financial Management experience required
    • Demonstrated expertise in troubleshooting complex financial and system issues
    • Experience leading teams, mentoring junior analysts, and interfacing with senior stakeholders
    • Knowledge of audit readiness, reconciliation processes, and financial compliance strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience may be considered
  • Experience supporting financial management, ERP systems, help desk operations, or accounting functions
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance if required
