Responsibilities

→Communicate with the kitchen line to fire tickets and ensure an order is accurate and complete
→Set up the front side of the line with all necessary equipment and food items
→Develop an in-depth knowledge of the menu, ingredients used, and the preparation and cooking techniques used
→Communicate 86'd menu items to front of house staff during the shift
