Director of User Experience (UX) Design

We are seeking a visionary Director of User Experience (UX) Design to lead our design efforts and shape the future of our products. In this role, you will oversee the UX design strategy, manage a team of talented designers, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

• →Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with Ref's business goals and user needs
• →Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
• →Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define product roadmaps and features
• →Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all Ref products
• →Drive user research initiatives to inform design decisions and improve product usability
• →Present design concepts and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders
• →Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into Ref's design processes

• 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful products in the B2B SaaS space
• Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX design skills and strategic thinking
• Experience with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design processes
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on user experience
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; Master's degree preferred
