We are seeking a visionary Director of User Experience (UX) Design to lead our design efforts and shape the future of our products. In this role, you will oversee the UX design strategy, manage a team of talented designers, and collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop and implement a comprehensive UX strategy aligned with Ref's business goals and user needs
- →Lead and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
- →Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to define product roadmaps and features
- →Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all Ref products
- →Drive user research initiatives to inform design decisions and improve product usability
- →Present design concepts and strategies to executive leadership and stakeholders
- →Stay current with UX trends and emerging technologies, incorporating them into Ref's design processes
Requirements
~1 min read- 10+ years of experience in UX design, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Proven track record of leading design teams and delivering successful products in the B2B SaaS space
- Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional UX design skills and strategic thinking
- Experience with design thinking methodologies and user-centered design processes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts and their impact on user experience
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field; Master's degree preferred
